A New Year - A New Look - A Brighter Future

Palm Beach Veterinary Referral & Critical Care Center is now officially Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists. Our resolution for 2009 is to further our commitment of quality and service to the veterinary community. With an eye on our past history of 11 years of service we are approaching the future with goals to match the needs of the ongoing advancements in veterinary care.

We are also pleased to announce that Dr. Kersten Johnson is returning to our Neurology Department after a hiatus for the birth of her son. You also may remember Dr. Johnson who brings proven expertise in the discipline of neurology. In addition, she has broad experience in cross-sectional imaging to include CT and high-field magnet MRI. Both of these modalities are performed locally using equipment that produces high-resolution two-dimensional and three-dimensional reconstructions of imaged anatomy. She also has electrodiagnostic equipment capable of performing electromyogram (EMG) and brainstem auditory evoked response (BAER) testing. With her skill and this wide array of equipment we are able to offer both comprehensive diagnostics and case management for your patients with neurological and neuromuscular disorders.
